Outline
The house is built on a corner lot facing a 4m road on the northeast and southeast. The roof juts out 1.35 to 2.85m on the northeast side to create a shared space under the eaves, and a sleeve wall (fire wall) is installed under the eaves with the length adjusted so that the facade does not touch the fire spread line. The façade is made of 50 x 400 mm LVL materials placed at intervals of 1,145 mm, and the walls and glass are arranged in a checkerboard pattern.
