This three-family dwelling, a reconstruction of a former sushi restaurant and house, is located at the eastern end of a shopping street on the border of a residential area developed in the 1960s and 1970s and a new town development. The structure consists of a shop facing the street, a house facing a side street, and a storehouse at the back of the property in a U-shape. The "storehouse", "house" and "shop" are connected by a "shed" on the courtyard side, where the various activities of daily life are gathered.
