There is a 3.7m difference in elevation within the site, and in order to make the most of the hedge planted at the top of the site, an earth retaining wall was constructed in a spiral shape to create the exterior of the building. The interior of the building, which is secured by the retaining wall, has an open LDK enclosed by glass so that visitors can feel the nature.
