Outline
Although there are few buildings in the vicinity, there is a lot of pedestrian traffic, and it was desired to secure the security. For this reason, folding doors were added to the slats on the south side of the first floor, which serve not only as a security function but also as a heat insulating layer. The LDK on the second floor, which is open on three sides, was realized by using braces and H-shaped steel joints to receive the braces instead of installing earthquake-resistant walls.
