Outline
The site, which is bordered by roads on three sides, has a height difference of 2.5m from west to east. From the approach surrounded by a thick high wall, only the sky above can be seen. The west side of the house has high windows to block the view and light from the neighboring land, and the entire wall is used as a storage furniture to store everything such as TV, fax, refrigerator, microwave oven, and washing machine. The opening and closing system of each unit is changed according to the individual usability. Only the entrance and the retaining wall are made of poured concrete, and the steel-frame pillars are cross-posted to match the grid, and the roof is inverted-beamed to make the eaves thinner. The plan of the building is a minimalist space that matches the stone joints and the 600mm grid.
