This is a rebuilding project in a residential area that was developed about 50 years ago as a bedroom community for Osaka. The surrounding environment has matured well, so Yoshii has tried to make effective use of the entire site by integrating the interior and exterior while arranging the residential buildings in a setback shape to match the surrounding environment. The louvered floor and wide passageway space are typical of Yoshii's challenge to suburban housing.
