Outline
Taking advantage of the privileged view from 40m above sea level, this house utilizes a cross-sectional shape with steps between the road and the site. The first floor of the box-culvert RC structure serves as the base, and the second floor has a steel-framed glass space and terrace. The first floor is used for private rooms, and the second floor is a living space open horizontally to the Pacific Ocean.
