The building is located in a relatively spacious residential area along a private railway line. In cooperation with the neighboring house on the east side, the north and south wall lines are aligned to create a continuous open space along the street. The space from the front garden to the pond at the back is about 3m wide and 20m deep, which is called "Street Garden".
