The building faces a busy road. To ensure safety, the building is closed to the outside, but inside there is an outdoor court enclosed by full glass. The court divides the interior into two large volumes, which are connected by the water area on the second floor. By adjusting the fittings and blinds, visitors to the workspace can be accommodated and a private area created.
