Outline
An 80-year-old wooden minka (private house) was completely renovated and rebuilt, and the private rooms and water area were reconstructed using steel sheets. The space between the renovated and reconstructed parts is an earthen floor covered with slate, which unifies the old and new spaces while creating a sense of unity.
