In order to obtain a view toward the tea plantation on the northwest side of the site, the house has a large opening on the second floor with a width of 6m and a height of 2.65m. On the first floor, there is an inner garage for two cars and a water closet for the client who enjoys cars. The second floor is basically a single room, and the sleeping space is skipped up by 500mm to obtain a hierarchy of privacy, and at the same time, the client can look at his car through the slit created. The opposite side of the house from the tea field is designed to be extended in the future, and the opening is a sweeping window. The structure of the building is a wall-type thick wooden plate structure with 100mm thick wall panels and floor panels to bear vertical and horizontal loads. Construction completed: October 2004.
