Outline
The site is located about 20m from the national road along Kamakura Yuigahama, but unfortunately the sea is not visible from the site. The idea is to make the building taller so that we can see the sea through the neighboring houses. The ground floor, the first floor and the second floor are made of reinforced concrete, and the upper two floors are made of steel. The first floor is mostly used for the entrance, and the main living spaces are concentrated on the second and third floors, and the building itself is larger on the second and third floors than on the first. The second and third floors have openings on all three sides facing the sea, and are equipped with paired glass doors with wooden fittings and screened wooden louvers. Construction completed: July 2004.
