TOKYO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY OOKAYAMA HOUSE

Outline
We renovated an existing staff dormitory on the north edge of Tokyo Institute of Technology Ookayama Campus into an international student dormitory by reinforcing the structure with seismic reinforcement and heat insulation, etc. Four students have compact private rooms and share the LDK and water space with a two-story atrium by removing the existing floor.
