This is a 14-story housing complex with 246 units for sale, built with a wall-type seismic isolation structure (HI Smart Wall) that does not allow columns and beams to appear inside the units. The buildings are arranged in a Y-shape on an almost triangular site, and the surrounding green space is designed in consideration of the surrounding environment.
