- The designer's own residence, office and store on a back street of a main street. It stands on a corner lot that is tangential to both a public and private road in a residential area. By combining the house with a store and office in a Class 1 exclusive district for low-rise residential buildings, the urban structure of the town, which is divided by zoning, is loosened, and the network built by the designer is laid over it.
