- This flagpole lot facing northeast is located near a large park. The volume that could be built under the conditions of 106.52m2 building area, 40% building-to-land ratio, and 80% floor-area ratio was considered, and a skip-floor house composed of an L-shaped volume and a triangular area surrounded by the L-shaped volume was decided upon. The relationship with the town and the light environment are diversified by various heights and orientations.
