The site is located on a former promontory overlooking Hiroshima Bay, and the 20-meter-long boundary of the site corresponds to the coastline 40 years ago. The exterior wall slopes down as if extending the cliff, and the interior is covered by a pyramidal wall. The relationship with the outside is established through a wall with a maximum thickness of 1.3m.
