- The 4th and 5th floors of the Aoyama Oval Building, which had previously housed a members-only gym, were renovated into office space. A large cover was installed over the 25×7-meter pool in the atrium on the 4th floor, and an air-conditioning system was installed beneath it. By lowering the edge of the cover by approximately 310 mm over a width of about 900 mm, hot and cold air can escape.
