Outline: A two-story wooden rental apartment building consisting of 12 units. The site—formerly a production green space used as a nursery—was subdivided into two parcels; the units were arranged in a windmill-like pattern, with three units per parcel (the two buildings, each containing three units, are connected), and a courtyard was created in the center. There is a 2,600 mm elevation difference across the entire site.
