- Development project for the track and field stadium and other facilities within Mizuho Park. As part of the reconstruction of the existing stadium (completed in 1982), a new bridge was constructed to connect the stadium to other park facilities, such as the recreation plaza, in a figure-eight pattern. In addition, the entire park (approximately 24 hectares) was renovated, including the redevelopment of three children’s playgrounds and the construction of a new urban sports plaza.
