HIROKAZU SUEMITSU＋YOKO SUEMITSU＋YUTA SHISHIDO／SUEP.

Outline: City hall functions, which were previously located on a site facing issues of aging infrastructure and at risk of tsunami damage from a Nankai Trough earthquake, were relocated to the former Inozawa Junior High School building, which was renovated and expanded for this purpose. The main building, which houses the entrance plaza, is the newly constructed section, while the school building and gymnasium are the renovated sections. Each building is connected by expansion joints to allow for future flexibility.
