- The plan is to reconstruct the offices for the shipbuilding department (responsible for overseeing the shipbuilding site) and subcontractors in a huge factory that manufactures large ships and other products. The project consists of a main building used by the shipbuilding department and a lounge building that includes a cafeteria and offices for subcontractors. A semi-exterior space with eaves was used to organize flow lines and streamline the frequent traffic to and from the shipyard site.
