- The workspace of the Tsuneishi Group occupies half of the seventh floor of Dai-ichi Life Insurance Hibiya First (Hibiya Dai-ichi Seimei Kan: completed in 1938 → DN Tower 21: completed in 1995, Hibiya Dai-ichi Life Insurance Building: 9601). The T-shaped plan has a "blank space" with different finishes in the center, dotted with fixtures designed by Ultra Studio.
