- After the construction of the "Gifu Refrigerated Automated Warehouse" (2406) next door, the entire second floor and above of the existing four-story warehouse (refrigerated automated warehouse) were removed to make way for a one-story warehouse. The existing reinforced concrete frame, including the mezzanine slab, stairs to the mezzanine floor, and one pillar were removed, and a new lightweight steel roof was built on a large steel beam (G91) re-erected with the same cross section.
