Outline: This museum-library complex is located on the north side of the Taichung Central Park, which was built on the site of a former military airport. It consists of eight volumes of different shapes, each of which houses its own function, and a volume that houses a spiral evacuation staircase. These nine buildings are arranged in a staggered and partially connected manner to form a whole. The facade is covered with aluminum expanded metal.
