SHINAGAWA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT（PHASE 1）DESIGN JV　PICKARD CHILTON

Outline: Takanawa Gateway City is a redevelopment project of the disused Shinagawa rail yard (approx. 13 ha), and six city blocks have been formed through a land readjustment project. THE LINKPILLAR 1" (4-1 block) consists of the NORTH building, the SOUTH building, and Gateway Park. The city blocks are connected by a promenade based on Gateway Park.
