- An eight-story mixed-use residential/office building of wood and steel construction on a site north of Osaka Castle. The site is located along a river and has a sewage pipe culvert in the basement. The upper wooden floors are constructed with a frame construction method, and K-shaped braces made of larch LVL and cedar CLT seismic walls are used as seismic elements.
