- New construction of a 12-story office building for rent. The core is divided into east-west and west-west sections, taking advantage of the site's north-south sight lines. The office tenant area is a 17m x 40m column-free space (ceiling height: 3,200-3,800mm). The building is steel-framed using Shimizu's wood hybrid technology "SHIMIZU HI-WOOD®," and some of the columns, beams, ceilings, and walls are made of wood or cedar.
