- In order to realize a compact city, two hospitals in the city will be integrated and relocated to the project site in front of JR Jinbara Station, where commercial and residential facilities will be integrated. The "axis of liveliness" between the right tenant building and the hospital site will allow free passage and create a pedestrian flow in the space in front of the station.
