Outline: This facility is a base for a variety of user activities, including daily use by local residents, events and gatherings, information for tourists, and information for immigrants and permanent residents. The one-story wooden structure is made of 90% Tama timber, and a reciprocal structure of W-shaped tensioned trusses traverses the interior and exterior, supporting a large roof.
