- Tiffany & Co. is the key tenant of this 13-story building complex, occupying the first basement and four floors above ground. The exterior of the building was designed based on the image of a wisteria trellis waving in the wind. The outer glass is made of wavy two-dimensional curved surfaces, which shift to three-dimensional curved surfaces as they move toward the corners of the building.
