- The redevelopment of a dense urban area that has existed since the prewar period on a terrain of varying elevations was realized after 30 years of consultation. In addition to residences and offices, the building houses a compact array of functions related to daily life, such as play, recreation, and gathering. The newly developed roads and the undulating net frame that seamlessly connects the rooftop with the outside are greened, achieving large-scale greening of the entire city block. The building is a practice of Mori Building's pursuit of the 20th century ideal of urban development, which is to create green spaces at the foot of the city through the creation of super high-rises.
