- The project is to transform a historical building built in the 19th century as a commodity exchange into a contemporary art museum, utilizing a part of the 18th century grain exchange. The building and the decoration of the cupola were restored to their original state, and a concrete cylinder 29 meters in diameter, 9 meters high, and 50 cm thick was inserted in the center of the rotunda.
