- Disaster public housing development based on a buy-back system. The city of Tokyo has been working to reduce the administrative workload of the city in response to the rising cost of construction. The plan is a living-access type, with Japanese-style rooms and kitchens located around the perimeter of the house, and the first floor has a path open to the local community.
