- This is a project in which Miyazaki and his partner (Binbin Gu) are operating a wooden apartment building that he lived in when he was a student, taking advantage of the opportunity to renovate and design it. In addition to this building, which the designer calls "the smallest cultural complex" in Yanaka, Tokyo, Miyazaki is currently renovating and managing multiple buildings in the area, continuing a practice that aims to create a town culture rather than just a tourist attraction.
