- A cultural complex that supports not only library functions but also a variety of civic activities. Through a participatory design process, a variety of spaces were planned for cooking, games, digital fabrication, and performances. The three-story, bridge-like structure creates a contrast between the openness of the first and third floors and the introspection of the second floor.
