- This is a "Growing Rental House" of 8 units. The common terrace on the second floor, which is the common flow line to each entrance, is a space for residents to meet each other on a daily basis, while the vegetable garden and pizza oven area on the first floor is an unusual common space where residents can talk to each other and develop relationships with each other by devising how to use the space. The rooftop overlooks the adjacent community farm.
