- Architect Keisuke Oka has been working with friends to construct this self-built building since 2005. Oka does not draw detailed blueprints in advance, but rather works on site to improvise. During construction, the area including the planned site became a redevelopment area, and the building will be completed in October 2024 and towed 10 meters back in the summer of 2025.
