Quinta-Monroy Housing Project
Alejandro Aravena (ELEMENTAL)
- Outline
- To meet the challenge of how to build 100 units of social housing with a subsidy of $7,500 per household, a dwelling unit with a vacant lot that can be expanded to the same width as the frontage was proposed. The extension by the residents increases the property value of the dwelling units and creates a variety of facades.
