- This is an environmental architecture that uses only natural energy and reuses waste materials from the island, and does not use electricity at all. The left image shows geothermal cooling and the right image shows heating using solar heat storage. The air is regulated by interlocking sunlight, outdoor air, underground, and chimneys, utilizing the high specific heat of the island's granite and karami bricks, a byproduct of copper smelting at the existing smelter. Sustainable architecture was realized by overlaying the island's industrial remains.
