- The exterior was designed to be luminous and changeable, placed in open terrain, with multiple rows of approaches and a crater-shaped seating area to welcome the audience. The exterior consists of diamond-shaped ETFE membrane cushions that emit white, red, and blue light. The stadium's changing form became a new monument to the city.
