Nicolas G. Hayek Center

Outline
In order to create the value of a street-level store for all seven brands, a public street with a three-story atrium runs through the ground floor, connecting the central and back streets, and showrooms for each brand are located along the street. The showrooms also serve as elevators, connecting the street to the boutiques on each floor. The atrium extends to the upper floors, each of which can be opened by stacking shutters.
