- A sculptural appearance with a diagonal lattice and bubbling glass overhangs. All visible components (with the exception of the glass) are integrated into the structure, space, and facade. The basement is a seismic isolation layer, and the shell structure bears 50% of the vertical load and almost 100% of the horizontal force of earthquakes and wind. All floors are continuous spaces, with "tubes" between floors.
