T house
Sou Fujimoto
- Outline
- This one-room house is gently divided by radial walls, and is a place to exhibit the owner's collection of contemporary art. The different depths of the thin radial walls create an exquisite sense of distance, and the walls with different arrangements on the front and back give the view of the landscape and the artwork a different appearance each time one moves around. The space is based on a simple compositional principle, yet has a complexity like a natural topography.
