- The project, master planned by Isamu Noguchi, is a pioneering example of an environmentally regenerative landscape, in which a former landfill site was transformed into a space that blends nature and art, based on his philosophy of "sculpting the earth. The project is part of the "Circular Green Belt Concept," which aims at urban regeneration and environmental preservation, and was opened in 1998 with a grand opening in 2005.
