- Rebuilding of dilapidated postwar metropolitan housing. It was constructed in 1997 with planning and management based on resident participation. Based on the concept of low impact, high contact, and health & amenity, it incorporates environmental technologies such as solar heating and ventilation planning, and is equipped with common-use facilities that encourage multi-generational interaction, such as a greened exterior and biotope. Pioneering as a public housing project, it attempts to create a sustainable urban living environment that can be nurtured over time by the community and its residents.
