Capuchin Convent Chapel
Luis Barragán
- Outline
- Newly constructed chapels and existing renovated colonial buildings surround the courtyard. The interior walls of the chapel are painted in subtly different colors, with complex hues created by the light through the stained glass windows and reflections from the walls. Barragan was a devoted layman who provided financial support for the project, and his vision is consistent in every detail.
