Glass House

Outline
It stands on Johnson's estate with a number of pavilions. The structure is similar to that of Mies's Farnsworth House, except that the floor slab is almost flush with the ground level and finished with brick. Contrary to Mies, who broke away from the constraints of the land, this house is more oriented toward possession and enjoyment.
