- Renovation of the former water gate management building on the Higashiyokobori River, a canal that flows through Osaka City. A social experiment for its utilization is underway as a pilot project of the "Higashi Yokobori River Opening Project" (from 2024) sponsored by the Higashi Yokobori River Waterfront Platform Study Group (established in 2023), which is a public-private partnership.
