- A post-modern building on a site adjacent to the Hayashibara Museum of Art in the Okayama Culture Zone (an area where representative cultural facilities of Okayama Prefecture are concentrated) was converted to an art museum. This is the first phase of an art museum concept developed by the Ishikawa Cultural Foundation in Okayama.
